The grievance of the Petitioner is against the order of the Collector, Rajnandgaon under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 and the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. The revision was preferred before the Commissioner, Durg by Annexure P/5.

It is contended that the revision is pending since 2019 and same has not been decided. The Commissioner, Durg be directed to decide the revision of the Petitioner within a stipulated time. 3.
Without any observation on the merits, since the revision (Annexure P/5) has been filed by the Petitioner before the Commissioner, Durg Division way back in the year 2019 and the same is pending consideration, the Commissioner, Durg is directed to decided the same within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
