Shri Deo, learned State counsel submits that the detenue, Amritlal Nat has been arrested on 23.1.2017 by the Thathipur Police, District Gwalior(MP) in Crime No. 384/2017, registered under the Excise Act. He further submits that this information has already been given to the wife of the detenue and mother of the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State to file relevant documents during the course of the day.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedies available to him under the law.
