The relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents for releasing the unpaid salary for the months of April, June, September & October, 2015, January to March, 2016 and November, 2017 and part of salary for the month of March, 2018. 2.

Given the limited nature of dispute and also the information that has been provided by the department, this court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending, rather ends of justice would be served if this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.3 & 4 to promptly process the claim of the petitioner and if she is entitled for salary for the said period, the same should be released to her forthwith within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
