This application has been filed by the applicant in connection with crime No.288/2017 registered at P.S. Civil Lines, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 121-A, 122, 123, 120B, 201/34 of the IPC. 2.

This is eighth bail application filed by the applicant before this Court, but the prayer is limited for extension of temporary bail granted to the applicant by order dated 03-02-2021 in MCRC No.712 of 2021. After filing of this application, the temporary bail granted earlier was extended by order dated 3004-2021 and then by order dated 15-06-2021 which is continuing till date. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant, that subsequent to grant of temporary bail to the applicant on the ground of illness of his own son, the applicant himself has developed physical condition, as he undergone a Cerebrovascular Attack (Brain Strock) and for that he was admitted in hospital on 17-04-2021. The treating doctors have advised brain surgery. The documents of diagnosis, advice and prescription have been filed along with the application.

Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant has taken time to verify the documents and the same was verified and it was confirmed that the applicant

-2is in very critical condition at present, who is still admitted in hospital ICU in Aashirwad Nursing Home, Heart & Diabetes Center, Multi Speciality Hospital, New Delhi.

Taking into consideration the medical condition of this applicant, the temporary bail granted in MCRC No.712 of 2021 is further extended for a period of six months from today.

The petition stands disposed off.
