(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' land has been acquired but no compensation has been determined and they are also entitled for rehabilitation and, therefore, they may be permitted to file representation before the respondents authority for redressal of their grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordignly, if the petitioners prefer representation before the respondents authorities for redressal of their grievances, the respondents authorities shall consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certifed copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
