(1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Time Pay Scale has already been sanctioned to the petitioner by order dated 28.11.2014 passed by the Collector but the same has not been implemented, for which he has already made representation to the District Education Officer, Jashpur but the same has not been decided till this date and therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent

No. 4/DEO, Jaspur to decide the pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, it is directed that respondent No. 4 shall decide the pending representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands finally disposed of.

(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
