1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure (P1) dated 24/01/2019 whereby the petitioner has been placed under suspension invoking the provision of the Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Conduct, Classification, Control and Appeal Rules of 1966).
2. Prima facie, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the reason that the order of suspension is appealable under Rule 23 of the said Rules of '1966'.
3. Let petitioner prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of 15 days from today and on preferring the same, appellate authority ignoring the aspect of limitation for preferring an appeal shall decide the appeal on its merits at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.
