This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking prayer to direct the learned trial Court to complete the trial within three months. 2.

Considering the prayer made in this petition to conclude the trial within a period of three months, the documents, case file and the order sheets are perused. It would reveal that the charge sheet was filed on 03.06.2014 and thereafter out of 24 witnesses, 19 witnesses have been examined. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter may be concluded within further period of three months considering the fact that the charge sheet was filed in June, 2014.

Considering the fact that the trial is going on and only 1 year has passed and 19 witnesses have already been examined, I do not feel it expedient to invoke the extra-ordinary jurisdiction of this Court vested in it under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to interfere with the proceedings of the Court below. 5.

Accordingly, the petition having no merit is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
