1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had applied for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) in Maths subject name of the petitioner stood in serial no. 4 in the waiting list.

2. The person who was at serial No. 3 in the waiting list had been issued with order of appointment. However, he has refused to join the post. The respondent were therefore required to issue the order of appointment in favour of the petitioner, since the person placed immediately above the petitioner had refused to join.

3. This being the limited grievance of the petitioner. Let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent no. 3 within the period of 15 days from today. Who in turn shall consider

the case of the petitioner and shall take appropriate decision within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.
