1. The present MCC has been preferred for correction of the Civil Suit Number as appearing in the cause title of Second Appeal No.01/2006 decided on 28.09.2010.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would refer to the certified copy of the order of judgment and decree dated 30.06.2005 in Civil Suit No.261A/2002 to submit that the correct Civil Suit Number is 261A/2002 and not 261A/2005, which is mentioned in the cause title of the Second Appeal.

3. On due consideration, the prayer for correction of civil suit

number is allowed.

4. Accordingly, it is directed that in the cause title of SA No.01/2006, in the part starting from "Being aggrieved by..........................law amongst others" the Civil Suit No.261A/2005 be read as Civil Suit No.261A/2002.

5. The MCC is accordingly disposed of.
