Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.5 to register criminal case against the respondent No.6 and to

restrain the said respondent No.6 from practising as a doctor.

It appears, the main relief is for initiating criminal proceedings against the respondent No.6.

The writ petition is not maintainable in its present format. The petitioner should prefer WP(Cr) in accordance with the Rules of the Court.
