Learned counsel for the contemnor would submit that the contempt has been purged. He would also submit that the petitioner has not disclosed about the order passed by the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur on 21.01.2014 in favour of the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the contemnor on oath, the contempt proceedings is dropped. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of. However, if any grievance still subsists, the petitioner would be at liberty to move a fresh writ petition.
