Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/08/2017 The petitioner's grievance is that despite transfer order dated 03/05/2017, the petitioner is not being relieved to join at the place where he has been transferred on the ground that at the present place, the wife of the petitioner is also posted. 2.

Apparently, the petitioner was transferred only in furtherance of policy to accommodate the husband and wife at the same station. Therefore, there is no reason why the petitioner should not be relieved. The transfer order was passed by the Collector on 03/05/2017. If the transfer order has not been cancelled, varied or modified till today, the order shall be carried out and the petitioner shall be relieved within 10 days from today.
