ORDER

12.06.2020 Heard

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was discharging the duty of Heavy Vehicle Driver. Subsequently, as the other employees of the department were allowed to change the cadre as per General Conditions of Service Rule, the petitioner also made a representation to change his cadre to that of Forester. Learned counsel further submits that like nature other employees of the department have been allowed to change the cadre, therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent No.1 by Annexure P-6, which may be directed to be decided.

2. Perused the documents. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make a detailed representation to the

respondent No.1 within a period of 4 weeks from today raising all the demands, thereafter, if the said representation is filed, the same would be decided within a further period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the representation.
