Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would draw attention of the Court to para 6 of the writ petition wherein the petitioners have disclosed the fact that they have earlier preferred WPC No.289 of 2016, which was dismissed by this

Court as withdrawn on 17-3-2016 without seeking liberty to file a fresh petition.

In view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Sarguja Transport Service v. State Transport Appellate Tribunal, MP, Gwalior and Others reported in (1987) 1 SCC 5, the writ petition is not maintainable.
