authorities for redressal of his grievances.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) The petitioner is permitted to file representation before the higher authorities. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit expeditiously from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
