(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order dated 14.03.2016 passed by respondent No.2-Disciplinary authority-cum-Regional Manager, Rajnandgaon is appealable before respondent No.1 under the regulation of bank after arguing for a fairly long time. She would further submit

that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the respondent No.1 within two weeks from today.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before respondent No.1. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of appeal along with copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

(6) Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that she may be permitted to file application for interim relief before the respondent No.1 (7) The petitioner is also at liberty to file application for interim relief before respondent No.1.
