1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already complied with the relevant rules for renewal of fertilizer license, yet he will produce documents with the licensing authority to specify that he had complied with the rules, along with a representation.
2. If such an application is filed before the Deputy Director (Agriculture) within ten days from today, the same shall be disposed of strictly, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
