This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.51/2012, registered at Police Station-Kasdol, Distt.BalodabazarBhatapara (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it appropriate to disposed of the second bail application by directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as

possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
