This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking implementation of transfer order passed almost two years before i.e. on 21-07-2016. Even though, number of arguments raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Court is not inclined to interfere in such matters where transfer orders were issued long back. It is open for the petitioner to made representation to the Government. 2.
