The present appeal arises from order dated 28.09.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (S) No. 251 of 2015 and analogous cases. 4.

The present appeal shall also be governed by the discussions made in Writ Appeals No.599/2015 and 609/2015.

The Appellant herein was also an applicant for the post of Staff Nurse. Her name figures at Sl. No.4 of the Panel. 6.

For like reasons as discussed in Writ Appeal Nos.599/2015 and 609/2015, the present appeal also has to be allowed but without prejudice to the rights of the Respondents afresh in accordance with law.
