ORDER

(Passed on this 9th September, 2017) 1.

This Petition is directed against the transfer dated 13.07.2017 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred to the post of Chief Municipal Officer from Assistant Director.

As per the terms of the compromise submitted before this Lok Adalat, the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed by the concerned Respondent/State whereby, the transfer order of the Petitioner passed on 13.07.2017 has been cancelled vide order dated 01.09.2017.
