Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been promoted from the post of Forester to Deputy Range Officer, for which, he has expressed his unwillingness to join on the post of Deputy Range Officer stating inter alia that he will retired within one year and he made representation with

regard to the same before respondent No.4, which has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in light of sub-rule 15 of Rule 6 of the Chhattisgarh Public Services (Promotions) Rules, 2003 and passed order within a period of two weeks from today.

Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 19/10/2015 shall remain stayed for three weeks.
