Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/08/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance ventilated through his representation against supercession is pending consideration before the Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Raigarh. Therefore, at this stage, it is submitted that when the representation is pending, respondent No.2 may be directed to decide his representation.

In view of above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation by a speaking order within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
