Heard This is the PUD dated 29.12.2008, received from the Superintendent, Central Jail, Raipur.

The communication from the Jail Superintendent, Raipur, shows that the appellant has already suffered the entire jail sentence and has paid the fine amount also and has been released on 16.09.2008.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has no instruction.

Consequently, in view of the fact that the appellant has already suffered his jail sentence in entirety and no instructions have been imparted to the counsel, it appears that the appeal has become infructuous. Therefore, for want of instructions, the appeal is dismissed.
