(1) Heard.

(2) The present petition has been preferred by the petitioner for direction to the respondents for grant of the pensionary benefits to the petitioner w.e.f. 20.05.1999.

(3) The respondents have during the pendency of the writ petition filed submission memo stating that the pensionary dues of the petitioner has been paid in as much arrears of pension of Rs. 3,16,186/- has been deposited in the account of the petitioner. Subsequently, the entries also show the monthly regular pension from August, 2016 is also being deposited in the account of the petitioner as it has been reflected from the statement of the account of petitioner filed by the State counsel vide submission memo dated 30.11.2016. (4) In the light of the grant of arrears of pension as well as grant of regular monthly pension, now nothing remains for further adjudication in the matter.

(5) According to the petitioner, she may be permitted to make fresh representation before respondent No.4 as well as respondent No.5 after verification of the information supplied by the State in their submission memo dated 30.11.2016.

(6) With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands finally disposed of as having infructuous as of now.
