1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the FIR has been registered on 09.03.2018, but no investigation is carried out and the respondents are not arrested.

2. Perused the FIR dated 09.03.2018.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the investigating authority is directed to investigate the offence, as early as possible, and submit final report in accordance with the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
