Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to approach the authorities in the department before whom she has already made an objection in respect of her grievances and the fact that she is a nominee of the deceased employee namely late Sandeep Kumar Bhagat a Constable in the 6th Battalion of the Chhattisgarh Armed Force, who died in harness on 24.04.2018.

Permitting the petitioner to approach the authorities in the Department, the present writ petition stands disposed off. Needless to mention that it is expected that the authorities concerned would decide the objection of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules and Regulations governing the field.
