1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of compensation is pending consideration before the Collector, Kawardha.

2. Be that as it may, the Collector, Kawardha is directed to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's application for grant of compensation keeping in view that death has occurred within the territorial jurisdiction of District Kabirdham expeditiously within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
