Instant petition is against the order dated 3/04/2018 wherein an application to withdraw amount of Rs. 2 lakhs has been dismissed which was deposited in lieu of the compensation awarded dated 17th August, 2017.

It is been contended before this court that marriage of son Nandu Singh and daughter Sita is to be performed as such to incur social expenses amount of Rs.2 lakhs which was deposited in the fixed deposit account of the petitioner may be allowed to be withdrawn. 3.
Perused the award which is placed for perusal which shows that total amount of Rs.5,80,400/- was awarded. There were two claimants and
it was directed that amount of Rs.2 lakhs each to be deposited in the fixed deposit for a period of five years and rest of the amount to be given to them. Along with the petition the invitation letter of the marriage is enclosed which shows that son Nandu Singh and daughter Sita their marriage is going to be performed on 24/04/2018. 4.
Considering the same, it is directed that amount of Rs.1,50,000/- is allowed to be withdrawn from the fixed deposit account of the petitioner/claimant so as to perform marriage of the son and the daughter. Rest of the amount shall be kept in fixed deposit again in the nationalized bank for a period of 5 years.
