Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that compensation in lieu of petitioner's land has been determined by the respondent authorities but the amount has not been paid to the petitioner till date, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to disburse the amount expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the SubDivisional Officer (Revenue), Janjgir Champa for payment of compensation within ten days from today and, in turn, the said authority shall consider petitioner's case and proceed strictly in accordance with law for payment of compensation to the petitioner, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
