Agrawal Order On Board 12/04/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation for correction of his caste, in his result by showing the petitioner as other backward class candidate on 28.03.2018 but the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, respondent - authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
