1. The applicants have preferred these three respective first bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 21.03.2021 & 27.03.2021 in connection with same Crime No. 45/2021 registered in Police

Station- Mana Camp Thana, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 384, 419, 420, 468, 471, 201, 120-B read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. Shri Pankaj Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant Sunil Namdev i.e. M.Cr.C. No. 3037 of 2021, seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application (M.Cr.C. No. 3037/2021) is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
