1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that arrears of suspension allowance are not being paid to the petitioner for which he has filed representation and also appeal, same be directed to considered and decided.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

3. If the petitioner makes fresh representation before respondent No.3 Collector, Raigarh; the Collector, Raigarh would do well to consider his representation and also the appeal Annexure P-6 pending before it, and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.

4. With this observation, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
