Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 05/10/2017 The limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage is that the petitioner's appeal against the order of termination has remained pending before the appellate authority without any decision for the last 10 months. Therefore, the petitioner would be satisfied if direction is issued for decision of the appeal within a reasonable time.

Prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be reasonable. The appellate authority, having heard the matter and reserved for orders for the last 10 months, it would be expedient in the interest of justice to direct the appellate authority to take decision in the matter one way or the other within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
