1. The present MCC has been filed seeking compliance of the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in WPC 254/2020.
2. According to the State counsel because of the lock down situation for the last three months not much development has taken place towards the compliance of the order passed by this Court.
3. State counsel prays for three months time for necessary compliance as directed by this Court.
4. Considering the grounds raised by the applicant and finding them to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for
allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly, MCC stands allowed.
5. State is granted further three months time starting from today for necessary compliance of the directives given by this Court on 21.01.2020 in WPC no.254/2020. Accordingly, MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
