1. Grievance of the petitioner is that even though vide order dated 5.4.2017, the petitioner has been transferred, he is not being relieved to join at the new place of posting.

2. In the absence of there being any other condition in the transfer order, once it has been passed, it is required to be complied with. If the transfer order has not already been modified, varied or cancelled, the petitioner be relieved to join at the new place of posting.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
