1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.253/2018 registered in Police Station Lailunga, District Raigarh for offence under Sections 363, 366-A, 376-D, 506 & 323 of the IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Officences Act, 2012 and under Section 3 (1)w(1), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. Considering the nature of allegation where the victim would allege that she was subjected to sexual intercourse by as many as 7 accused persons, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. However, the applicant would be at liberty to repeat his prayer for bail after examination of the prosecutrix.
