1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the present Petition was filed challenging the order of transfer 23.04.2016 transferring the Petitioner from the Gram Panchayat - Mulmula to Gram Panchayat Dighora.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that pending the Petition the Petitioner has joined the transferred place of posting i.e. Gram Panchayat Dighora. Subsequently he has also been transferred elsewhere and the said transfer order also has been acted upon. As such nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in this Petition.

3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
