1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to file fresh application for correction on the address of judgment debtor in the light of decision rendered by Bombay High Court in Narhari Balku Kavade and others v. Hanmanta Timma Pujari and others

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and petitioner is liberty to file fresh application before the executing Court that will be considered strictly, in accordance with law, without being prejudice by the impugned order passed in Misc. Civil Suit No. 30/2018 on 15.11.2018.

4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
