(2) This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.431/2014, registered at Police Station Kawardha, District Kabirdham, for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 09.02.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.336/2015 and second bail application of the applicant was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 01.05.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.2137/2015 .

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it is a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
