Agrawal Order On Board 30/06/2017 (1) This appeal has preferred by the State/appellant against the interim order dated 11.04.2016 passed by learned District Judge, Korba by which the application for interim relief has allowed subject to certain conditions.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/petitioner would submit that the case has fixed for final hearing on 22.07.2017. (3) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would also submit that the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 directed to be decided finally on that date.

(4) Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the award was passed way back on 30.01.2015, I deem it appropriate to direct the Commercial Court to consider and decide the Civil MJC No.24/2016 (State of Chhattisgarh Vs.
