1. The transfer order dated 14.8.2017 is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been subjected to transfer frequently within a period of less than one year. It is submitted that earlier, the State Govt. Had passed an order on 21.6.2016 pursuant to which posting order was issued on 31.8.2016. Now the impugned order has been issued on 14.8.2017, therefore, transfer of the petitioner is within one year.

2. It appears that the transfer order was issued on 21.6.2016 but the posting order was issued on 31.8.2016. Therefore, for one year, the petitioner cannot be disturbed.

Accordingly, it is directed that the impugned order shall not be given

-2effect to against the petitioner until he completes one year of posting at the present place of posting.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
