Shri Majid Ali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri Gaharwar, learned counsel for the contemnors, would submit that the matter is under active consideration of the competent authority, however, because of pendency of huge numbers of such applications, some more time will be needed for taking decision on the petitioners' representation. He would submit that if 3 months further time is allowed, the petitioners' representation shall be decided in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the contempt petitions are disposed of with liberty to the contemnors to decide the petitioners' representation in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court, in accordance with law, within a further period of 3 months.
