Along with reply of the State Government, the respondents have

attached an order dated 8.9.2016, whereby the land in question has been allotted to Panchayat for construction of Panchayat Bhawan.

The aforesaid subsequent event has taken place during pendency of this writ petition. Therefore, we dispose of the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition challenging this order.

It is made clear that the petitioners will be at liberty to raise all grounds including the grounds which were raised in this writ petition. Security money is directed to be refunded to the petitioners.
