2. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.256/2020 registered in Police Station Malkharoda District JanjgirChampa C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 21 (b) of the NDPS Act, 1985.

3. Applicant was found in illicit possession of 57 bottles of cough syrup containing Codeine psychotropic substance.

4. Considering the whopping quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant and for the reason that the earlier bail application was dismissed on merits, I am not inclined to entertain this repeat bail application.
