Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that immediately after completion of one year, the petitioner has been transferred from the present place of posting. It is also submitted that other employee-Shyam Kumar Sahu has been transferred in place of the petitioner and the petitioner has come to know that Shyam Kumar Sahu has not made any request for transfer. 3.

As the petitioner had completed one year at the present place of posting, on that ground, no interference can be made against the transfer order. However, this Court in the petition filed by Shyam Kumar Sahu in WPS No.4165 of 2017 has passed an order today keeping his transfer in abeyance till enquiry is made. 4.

In view of above, it is directed that the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at

the present place of posting till appropriate orders are passed in the case of Shyam Kumar Sahu by the authority in compliance of the directions issued by this Court. 5.
