1. The personal difficulty of the petitioner is that her son is studying in School at Raipur. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner, who is a widow lady, to go to Rajnandgaon.

2. This ground which does not involve any legal issue.

3. Therefore, no case is made out for interference by this Court, particularly, when the petitioner is continuing at Raipur since 2004. However, it will be open for the petitioner to prefer representation. If the petitioner prefers representation, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The petition is disposed off.
