By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of the transfer order passed wayback on 14-08-2017.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the petitioner's transfer order was passed, petitioner made representation, the transfer order was not given effect to.

The petitioner filed petition on 12-03-2018. The matter relates to transfer order way back on 14-08-2017, therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue notice. The petitioner may prefer representation which shall be decided by the competent authority within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
