Petitioner would pray for issuance of permanent Caste Certificate in favour of his nephew and niece. Learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that as on date the petitioner's nephew and niece are more than 18 years of age.

Learned counsel would pray for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move afresh on behalf of petitioner's nephew and niece.
